Brad Schneider, 45, began his tenure as chamber president on Jan. 1, 2009, after a 20-year career in journalism. A longtime Henderson County resident, Schneider formerly worked as both sports editor and as a news copy editor at The Henderson Gleaner. In 2006 he was named community editor at the Evansville Courier & Press. Schneider is a graduate of the University of Evansville, where he earned an undergraduate degree in communications and also played on the baseball team.
Schneider is a graduate of the chamber’s Inside Henderson program and is also a member of the Henderson Leadership Initiative’s class of 2008. Schneider is a staff member of Chamber Leadership Initiatives for Northwest Kentucky, a coalition of 12 chambers of commerce formed to advocate for the building of Interstate 69 and other issues important to the area. He is a member of the steering committee for the Northwest Kentucky Energy Initiative, which works to attract and retain energy-related industry. He is a member of the board of directors of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executives and also serves on the advisory board for Junior Achievement of Henderson County. He is a former member of the board of directors of the Henderson PCMA youth baseball league.
Schneider is married to the former Kelly Blanford, a Henderson native who is vice president of the Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center in Evansville. They have two sons – Benjamin, 13, and Nicholas, 9. They attend Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.

Donna Warren has been with the chamber since 1993. Her responsibilities include coordinating ribbon cuttings, the Ambassador program, Business After Hours events, the annual chamber golf outing, the Small Business Person of the Year award, monthly chamber breakfasts and the new Brown Bag Series. She assists in membership drives and works with chamber volunteers. She assists the chamber president and the board of directors.
Warren has two grown daughters and counts babysitting her six grandchildren and going to their activities as her two favorite hobbies.

Shirley Pruitt has been with the chamber since 1995. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Southern Indiana. Prior to joining the chamber, she was the accounting officer of First National Bank in Henderson. In addition to overseeing all the accounting for the chamber, she currently serves as accounting consultant for Team Energy, an oil and gas producing company in Southern Illinios, and is the accounting officer for Grainstone LLC, a wholesale and venture capital company owned by her brother, Dennis Swager.
Pruitt lives near Robards with her husband of 27 years, Glenn, who works for the Kentucky Lottery.

Benjamin Skinner is the marketing and publications specialist at the chamber. He is also in charge the chamber's Inside Henderson leadership program.
Skinner has a bachelor's degree in music and English from Vanderbilt University and a Master's degree in the humanities from the University of Chicago. Prior to coming to the chamber, he taught writing classes at the University of Southern Indiana.
Skinner currently lives in Henderson with his wife, Katherine Posey, who works as a women's advocate.
