 Good Morning, Henderson! Breakfast
US Bank VP and Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Chairman Bill Jones was the featured speaker at September's Good Morning, Henderson! Breakfast. He spoke mostly about the Kentucky Chamber's "Leaky Bucket" campaign.

EVSC Superintendent Dr. Vince Bertram was the featured speaker at August's Good Morning, Henderson! Breakfast. He spoke about his role in the education of Vanderburgh County's youth and what he hopes to accomplish.
 State of the County
Henderson County Judge-executive Sandy Watkins gave his annual State of the County Address on July 29th at Ellis Park.
 State of the City
On July 22, Mayor Tom Davis gave his annual State of the City Address at Ellis Park. He spoke about his many accomplishments as Henderson's mayor and what he hoped for the future.
 Groundbreaking
Ground is broken at the new Showplace Cinemas location in Henderson. 
Good Morning, Henderson! Breakfast
Kentucky Coal Association President Bill Bissett spoke at the June Good Morning, Henderson! Breakfast, which was held at the Henderson Country Club and sponsored by Patriot Coal. Bissett spoke about the importance of coal, not only as an energy source for Kentucky, but also for the numerous jobs it supports, both directly, through support personnel, and indirectly through the cheap industrial energy rates it supports that bring industry to the state.
 Golfapalooza!
The team from Rookies won this year's Chamber golf scramble. They tied for the day with the team from Diamond Equipment, but were ultimately victorious in a bonus round chip-off.
