State of the City Address

On Thursday, July 22, 2010, Mayor Tom Davis gave his annual State of the City address at Ellis Park. During his presentation he spoke mostly about his many accomplishments over the past 3 1/2 years as well as what he hopes to finish before handing over the reins to the next mayor.
